Banana Toast
Ingredients
3 ripe bananas
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. butter
6 slices dry toast
Preparation
Mash bananas. Mix them with salt, sugar, lemon juice, and butter.
Spread the mixture on toast.
Place in a 425 degree oven for about 5 minutes. Serve hot.
