View Full Version : Highschool Classmate International Fellon
Ever hear reports about old high school classmates and wonder "whatever on earth happened to them!"? I just had that very experience! I flipped on the news, Canadian TV of course since we don't get any US TV anymore, and lo and behold there's the face of a guy I went to school with! What's he done now? He, his girlfriend and a buddy abducted an 11 year old girl from Oregon and were forcing her to work as a prostitute in Vancouver BC! That's just a few minutes from me here! http://www.katu.com/news/news_story.asp?ID=9031 and http://vancouver.globaltv.com/bc/news/stories/news-50328020010226-110233.html
What on earth posesses people to do things like this? And why is it we don't realy seem to notice it too much till it "hits home" somehow. I'm so totally shocked, disapointed and taken aback by this, I can't believe it!

That's awful!! Just goes to show that where you go to school is not to blame for how you turn out!!!
BTW... your profile says you are in Washington.. I used to live in Bremerton. Where you affected by the earthquake today??
And why do you not get American t.v. any longer?? Everytime I went to Canada, most the shows were american anyway!!

when I was a kid I knew this boy named Francis Ryan. He was the class clown, hometown bully, etc...and I really hated him.
Me and my girlfriends used to say he was gonna be in jail at the age of 20. He got kicked out of school so many times and even got kicked out of his own house when he was 12!!!!
One day during the summer he came up our block and started trying to play with all of us...he was chasing us girls around and stuff. Well, he tripped this one girl while chasing after another...and she fell down and started crying...so this other boy who was playing with us confronted Francis about what he had done to her...they started arguing and pushing one another...before it got too far, I went in and got my Dad to break it up.
Later that same evening when we were all inside our houses, he came back. Apparently he came back looking for the boy who confronted him. He acted like he wasn't mad anymore and when the boy came out to make up with him he pulled out a 357 magnum and shot the kid in the face.
He went to jail at age 13 for it but somehow he got out when he was 24 yrs old.
I heard on the news within the same week he got out of prison that he had tracked down the girl who he had tripped when he was twelve....and he shot her in the face too.
Since then I no longer want to know what happened to my old classmates!
oh my gosh! 12 and 13 years old?!?!?! What I want to know is - where's these kids' parents when all this stuff is starting? Do they just not notice that their kid is angry or aggressive or in constant trouble, or is it that they don't care?
Earthquake - yes it was shakin up here too. We're on the US/Canadian border and we're far enough out that we don't get cable or anything. But since we've been in this house, I've been constantly sick. Today - it's a good day. :)
