Interesting...personally I don't know if I like AOL's Workplace much...I think their traffic is obviously a direct result of their name and connections in other places/subscriber base, rather than the actual quality of their services.

If I were going to look for a job, considering that I work with computers, I'd probably go to eWork.com, Guru.com, HotJobs.com and Monster.com.

For techno-jobs, try Brassring.com. Oh, and while you're there, go read my first-place humor entry in one of their writing contests. (Click on "Contests and Winners" and then look under "Humor and Technology" among the Sept. 2000 contest winners.)

Dunno about their success rate, but judging from the money they throw around (contests and ads, etc.), they must know SOMETHING about what they're doing...

I find monster.com a bit tough to deal with. I get their "We've found a job match" things, but I can never actually figure out how to FIND the one they found when I click on the link. Has anyone used this site with any success?
