Improve Your Memory
Here are some good places to buy memory upgrades for your computer: [b] Crucial Technology (http://www.crucial.com)
Kingston Technology (http://www.kingston.com)

There's a store up here called "Best Buy". They handle a lot of computer stuff. Would you recommend going to a specific place to have a memory upgrade installed? Are some places better then others? We're thinking of adding another 128 mb to this one. Should give us 256 RAM... if that's what you call it.

Memory upgrade is so simple that if you want to pay someone to do it, it really doesn't matter where you take it... Any computer store that's willing to do it for a reasonable rate will suffice... But you might try the neighborhood kid instead... quicker and cheaper... :)
I'm not sure blinc has a neighborhood kid, a squirrel maybe, but not a kid. {toothy}
I have to agree that memory is very simple, probably the simplest of anything to replace on a computer. It's actually a good thing to start with if a person was interested in looking at the inside of a computer.

Us tinkering on a computer, would be like a kid sticking a paper clip into an electrical outlet. Something's gonna go wrong. Think we'll trust the people who actually know what they're doing. TTP's right... there's no one around here who would know how to do it... in fact the squirrels probably would do a better job. Now, ya want to know how to get the best gas mileage on your tractor, that's a different story! {toothy}
