She is in the hospital with subdural hematoma. That's a fancy name for internal bleeding. She fell on the ice, hit her head, and has a blood clot between her brain and skull.

Doesn't look like she'll need surgery, but they had to take her off some blood thinner that she needs for another life-threatening condition.

She's doing OK. She came home from the hospital without having to have surgery. The bleeding stopped. Yesterday was her first day that she had a few hours without a headache.
