I'm guessing it was a body double. He did mention a March 20th, so it could have been pre-recorded.

I heard on the news that they concluded it prbably was him. I don't know though, unless he is sickly it did not really look lke previous video of him.

I say it was live and really him. They said on the news that he usually reads from a tele-prompt. That might explain the glasses. Then you know the man has to be under a Little pressure..so that might explain the harried look.
I don't know..just my opinion but that's what you were looking for right? As for the mention of the date... no clue:)

I think it was really hiim, but pre-recorded.
