Alright, another country's perspective.

My wife was a German language major in college.

She lived a couple of years in Austria while growing up, and then she lived in Switzerland a couple of years after college.

I spent close to a month in Germany, Austria and Switzerland right after college. Unfortunately, I barely speak any German.

I've hit the 30's. Am a stay at home Mom. Was a second grade teacher...will return when my boy is school age. Married to High School Sweetie for 8 years.

Well, for one thing, I respect the fact that you are confident enough to post in a foreign language. Sometimes I hesitate to post for fear of sounding silly or revealing my ignorance, and here you are posting away in a second (or maybe third or fourth) language and just having a big old time! :D
