In all her pictures, she looks like she is just a happy go lucky kinda gal....

And for her husband, he sure wasn't acting like a husband of a missing wife....

They think there might now be other suspects in the murder investigation...can't tell you much more just caught the tail end of the coverage...that's why I posted..to see if others saw it.

Did you guys hear about the baby and the circumstances that surround the entire case?

They're saying that the baby was outside of the mother, that she had already gone through labor before... And there was rope or something around it's neck. Interesting and sadistic development in the case.

I shouldn't be fascinated by stuff like this, it's horrible. I just want justice to be found and I want the murderer to suffer for the pain he caused to those who loved Lacy. Her pictures DO show a happy woman who was going to have a wonderful life with her son Connor. Horrible thing that happened...

And too many things stack up against Scott. The wet mop, the neighbors seeing him drag something to the car, the distance that his boat was supposedly away from the body...

I haven't really been following it at all... I just wish our media would stop picking one court case after another to whip up the public with. What makes this national news more than other murder cases? We've got 100,000 people killed in Iraq, but we're supposed to be whipped up into a frenzy over these two.

The fact that Laci was a pregnant woman is what made it media worthy. It happened during a time when folks were wanting Congress to define, legally, when a fetus is a viable human.

Kind of funny how he got a second degree charge for killing the baby--and abortion is legal.

The next question is will change the definition legally of what constitutes a fetus. Even when you read the Laci/Conner bill it clearly states that no one will be prosecuted for seeking an abortion or giving one. But like so many other things someone is bound to find a loop hole who is dissatisified with the service they receive.

He got the death penalty yesterday. Actually, the jury recommended the death penalty. The judge makes the final decision.

you seem surprised! With media now-a-days...I'm surprised they waited this long. Did you hear how Laci's family was upset that her face is on the cover of Amber's book?

I can't say that I'm anti-Amber. I say if she can make some money off the situation good for her. I can't imagine what she felt like....She had no idea that the "great guy" she met was married, nor that he was actually a cold blooded killer. As more opened up and the more she knew, she became involved by association. She also feared for her own life, so she played along. She was a hero in this situation in my opinion, she served justice for Laci since it was recorded conversations with her that brought him down. She sat in court throughout the whole thing while Scott's family talked about his "perfect marriage" and defended him. They treated her like she didn't exist. And still, she sat there and was strong enough to keep her composure in court and on the phone with him, when she knew he was lying and that he killed his wife....I truly can't imagine how she must have felt, nor how she kept it together. Good for her for speaking out and venting her feelings - I'd do the same thing.
