Bread Machine or The Old Fashion Way?

I love fresh homemade bread. I used to complain about people that use a bread a machine to make bread and take the credit as homemade, but not anymore, I now use on only to do the mixing and kneeding process. Do you make homemade bread? If so how do you make it?

I buy "Homemade" bread from HyVee, and wonder why they think they can call it that.

Seriously though, I love real fresh homemade bread too :)

When I made it with the bread machine it was hard to say homemade since I used a mix from a box and the machine to cook it, but it was really good. I could eat the whole thing in one shot. mmmmmmm..

I make it from scratch in the machine, than put it in a bread pan let it rise and than cook it.

i would love to have a bread machine,,,,, i always made mine homemade kneaded it and everything but got lazy the last couple yrs and use the frozen stuff.

"make it from scratch in the machine..." sounds pretty funny, but think about all of the machines we use every day to make food at home.
