Turkey Ideas

The other night I made a turkey for dinner, I'd made hot turkey sandwiches, and turkey pot pie, I really don't want to make turkey soup, any ideas of what I could make with the rest of the turkey?

My mom used to make a turkey casserole. I think they called it turketti or something.
