Will basketball season ever get here?

I'm just dying for basketball season to get here. I live in Dallas, which is not the best city in the world for basketball. But we have a new owner and some new players, and I can always go to games just to watch the other teams.

My Dallas Cowboys look like they will be dreadful this season. Who knows about the Stars? The Rangers are in the middle of a stinkfest.

I want my, I want my, I want my NBA. That ain't working. That's the way you do it--money for nothing and your chicks for free.

I'll have to admit that the NBA is full of a bunch of debauched, whining millionaires; but I still luuuuvvvv basketball.

I like basketball of any variety, but we don't have any local college teams worth watching. I'm going to the Stars home opener tonight. That should be fun.

Now if you want to see good basketball you need to watch the top three teams play{eyes}: Notre Dame, Tennessee, and Conneticut. Of course I am talking about the WOMEN'S teams. If you get real lucky you will even get to see my teams Michelle Snow dunk with style and hang on the rim!{cool} Yes, I do watch the men also and KU is a good choice in college hoops but I have no favs in the pro game, do like to watch LA. I watch womens college basketball, I have to say I'm pretty partial to UCONN, I watch every game, my children know that when the women make it to the elite eight don't bother mom if UCONN is on. They actually leave the room because mom likes to yell at the refs and the teams, boy it's tough being a sideline ref and coach.

So far KU is faring well, there have been a couple losses here recently that was like, "AAAAUGH!!!" What are you doing! Then I realized that we are still in a good position. ;)
