Let's just say it may not be the hot dogs. Those cheers from the crowd? Not for the team. In fact, the players won't even be on the field. They'll be on the sideline, rooting. For what? One lonely cow wandering a 100-yard field in search of a place to go to the bathroom.

Where the bovine ultimately decides to do her business will mean big bucks for the lucky person who bet on that portion of the field.

It's all part of a local charity's Oct. 16 "Cow Drop Raffle" to raise money for equipment to stock the football team's weight lifting room. What's the funniest fund raiser you've ever heard of?

We actually did that at our school too, no kidding! Except it wasn't at the football field, just in a big pen in the parking lot. And it was for the band, not the football team... that's probably why it didn't get any attention. Stupid athletes! ;)

Funniest fund raiser our band did was the "Ugly Potty" invasion. They took an old potty found at the junk yard and planted it in people's yard. You had to pay to have it removed and then you got to chose who was the next victim.
