Anybody else get frustrated by previews? I hate watching all the good parts and getting basically the whole jist of the movie from the trailers. You can almost figure out the ending or all possible endings from most movies just by the trailers/teasers/previews/promos/making of/blah blah blah. Why do we even go watch the movies anymore?

I like them. I like knowing what's coming. I think only bad movies are spoiled by previews.

I guess if a movie has enough good content on its own, the previews won't give too much away. I'm just one of those people who would just like to know the very basic plot line and the actors, and then I'll decide whether or not I'm interested. That's why I like books. I don't even look at the jacket or the back cover, I usually just start reading. I know what authors I like and which people I trust for good recommendations. I like the really vague previews that just give you a glimpse and ask you what if. They get you interested and start thinking. I think those kind are more effective for me. You don't have to throw all the explosions and what not in my face to get me to see a movie. A lot of times that turns me off. If they have to berate me with extravagant scenes one after another from the movie to get me to see it, it usually tells me something.
