So, which late night talk show do you prefer to watch,
Leno or Letterman?
I watch the Tonight Show with Jay Leno.
I can't stand David Letterman,
so I don't watch the Late Show.
How about you?

To be honest, I really don't care for either one of them, but we do watch Leno's opening act nearly every night before going to bed. Habit, I guess.

That's a very tough one for me. If I HAD to give an answer, I'd say Leno. He took over for Johnny Carson, and I just loved him.

It would be Leno for me if I could keep my eyes open that long, or if we ever get Tivo.

Tivo is wonderful. Once you've had one for a couple of weeks, you'll wonder how you ever got by without one.

Really! I've been trying to get my DH on board for at least 6 months, but no luck so far.

Just buy it ... tell him you love him so much and that you just couldn't not get it for him. {laughc}

Trust me. The first time he is watching a game and wants to go to the restroom, he will love Tivo. You just pause it and come back and press play. Then you fast forward through the commercials to catch back up to real time.
Do you want to see the unbelievable play again? Just hit rewind and watch it again.
Did you not understand something said in the show? Just rewind, turn on the closed caption on your TV, and watch it again.
Phone ring?
Time for popcorn?
Baby crying?
Doorbell ring?
It's funny. I find myself at a live event wishing I could pause things for an instant replay.

Oh..that is a great Guilty/Not Guilty question.
I am guilty. But so is he. I have a bunch of sloppy T-shirts he bought for me that he wears, and he usually gets treated to all the foods I like.

Trust me. The first time he is watching a game and wants to go to the restroom, he will love Tivo. .................
It's more than the cost of the unit right? There is a monthly fee? {eek2}
He is a penny pincher, so I don't know about that monthly fee. {rolleyes}

IIRC, the monthly fee isn't that bad. I think it is like $5 a month extra for the Tivo with DirecTV. It is well worth it.

I'm surprised Advertisers aren't trying to ban TiVo, since you can skip right through the commercials (or so I've heard)
