Woman Sheds 170 Pounds With 'Backwards Diet' (http://www.nbc4.com/irresistible/4442594/detail.html)Tricia Cunningham's Secret: Switch Breakfast And Dinner

Tricia Cunningham used to be overweight. She has lost nearly half her weight in one pretty bizarre diet she calls "the backwards diet."

With her diet, you can eat, enjoy life, and lose weight without Atkins or South Beach diets, and counting points or enrolling in expensive programs, reported WPBF-TV in West Palm Beach.

Tricia Cunningham lost 172 pounds with a plan she calls "the backwards diet."

"If I can do it, anyone can do it," said Cunningham. "I tipped out at a maximum weight of 292 pounds. My joints and back would hurt. Even the vehicles I drove had to be bigger, because I was bigger."

Cunningham has lost a whopping 172 pounds with her diet. She now weighs 125 and just came in second in a bikini contest.

Sure beats those diets where you have to buy all kinds of extra stuff ...
Who knows, it might actually work ...

Yeah, it would work because your body actually has time to burn off the heavier dinner items that you would then eat at breakfast. It's hard to burn off the heavy dinner, as you are not as active in the evenings.

Hi friends, when I saw my daughter lost his weight so successfully by using Diet watcher, I decided it was now or never, and I was going to try it too. But suddenly one of my cousins told me that it is for younger people and she had tried that earlier and didn’t get the result. And she gain twice of weight she lost. Now my question is, is it true? And if it is true what I can do to loose weight?
