OH, that is going to be so nice, Hanna!!! I know you must be excited. We finally got a bbq grill bought while in Dallas this weekend for our Pavillion. It's so big, Ray has to go back with his flat bed trailor to get it to the ranch. I'm ready to start cooking outside again...........do ya'll do that in Norway?

Thank you! It will get much greener, just wait and see. We have a lot of blueberries and Tyttebær(wonder what that is in english) so we pick the whole summer! Last winter there were 3 mooses walking right infront of my kitchen window. Guess who was scared! And we think this remind us of Illinois, since it is so flat.......Bergen, where we use to live, had mountains all around. And with mountains, there is rain...... But we like it here. I am sure it will be very nice when he is done. It is now, 9.30 PM, and still the sun is up!!!{mm} Summer is on its way! I will keep you posted on the deck!

- lingonberry
(dark red soft fruit, traditionally
used in Danish/Swedish cooking)
- northern mountain-cranberry
- red whortleberry, red cranberry
{hug} We use this a lot. Do you use it at all in your cooking?

I only use it on Thanksgiving for cooking. But Cranberry-juice isn't too bad, a little sour, but not bad.

We use it to roasts mostly. We just mix the berries with sugar and stir for about 45 minutes.(yes, your arms hurt....) Some people(like my husband and kids) loves to have it on their sandwiches.
