Hanna, how exciting!!!! I've not ever been to Smithville, TX, but did see "Hope Floats" and it seemed like a beautiful town! I'll have to ask Ray where that is from us....not too many hours, I think! How great, congratulations! When will she actually be moving here? Keep us posted on everything, I'm very excited for you. ;)

She will leave august the 12th. We know she will stay at a teacher's house, and they have children! I wonder if there are ranches there.....

There are lots of ranches around the Austin area, in fact, we have some really good friends that have a ranch in that area. You can find ranches pretty much all over the state of Texas!

Hanna, the friends I was telling you about that have a ranch around the Austin area is very close to Smithville, according to my DH! I would say Smithville is around a 3 hour drive to our ranch, but I am just guessing, need to ask DH about that, too. Anyway, for as big as Texas is, it's not all that far from us. Cool, huh?

I know we will get the money, so we will come. It is so exiting, since we have never been to Texas, or any of the states close by( Have been to Tennesee, that is the furthest south we have been.) So Texas sounds very nice to me!

So ya'll would be trying to come to Texas sometime in May of 2006? Will she graduate from High School in Smithsville, too? Yes, Noseypoo, I thought we already had it established a while back that our Frappy reunion was going to be in Texas!!! {toothy}

And when we say audios we can all sing Happy Trails to you until we meet again.

Of course you all would have to learn Van Halen's version instead of Roy Roger's.

raybeck

Oh man......that would be hard for Ray to do.....he'd HAVE to sing Roy Roger's version....

We got the photos of my daughtersnew "familly" in Texas. They look very nice. It made it all so much more real! My husband has not been sleeping for a couple of days. He is really struggeling to let our oldest go. Luckely the new "mother" answers me right away when I ask her silly questions.....

I hope they keep you very informed about what all your daughter is doing. I would be nervous too. Just let the new mom know what you need to feel secure about this whole situation. I am sure they will understand after all she is your child.
