It's the best medical news in ages. Studies in two prestigious scientific journals say dark chocolate -- but not white chocolate or milk chocolate -- is good for you.
Seems it does this and has antioxidants. Dark chocolate -- but not milk chocolate or dark chocolate eaten with milk. Seems milk hinders the absorption of the antioxidants.
And remember ladies we still have to do this in moderation. That means cutting back on other calories if we want to go out and get some dark chocolate.
