View Full Version : Tipping a Medical Aesthetician

Is tipping appropriate in a clinic offering high-end anti-aging skincare? The clinic is not a spa setting, but rather in a doctor's office with a Medical Aesthetician performing the treatments. The clinic does offer skin care products, various levels of facials, peels and laser hair removal.
I'm not sure what etiquette would say, but I would ask this question: Do they really need the money?
It doesn't seem like people like that would be underpaid. Unless he turns you into a 12 year-old, he's just doing his job.

You don't tip in a doctor's office.
