Hi, sorry for another post regarding hair salon, but I could really use some help...

A lot of times, the stylist and/or the assistants are quite busy that they go on to help other clients, and sometimes are even unavailable (at least I couldn't find them) when I am all set and looking pretty (well, hopefully :p)

So walking up to each one of them is impossible at times. Then do I just leave the whole amount to the staff at the counter? That doesn't seem quite right, either, as I'd very much like to make sure each person does get his/her tips. What is the proper way to handle it in this kind of situations?

Any advise would be greatly appreciated. I'm still very much new to the whole tipping culture so I'm trying to get myself up to speed asap.

Big thanks in advance~

There are a couple of options. Put the tips in small envelopes with names and leave them with the front desk. The other option is to hand the tips to the people as you get the service instead of waiting till the whole thing is done.
