Christmas is almost here and it's time again for the Christmas Cartoons!!
I love Xmas cartoons so much...I have already dug them out of the garage and the kids' have started watching them.

My favorite one is the one with the Heat Miser and Mr. Freeze. I love that one.
I also like
How the Grinch Stole Christmas
Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer I love Yukon Corneleus & The Bumble
A Year Without a Santa Claus
Frosty The Snowman
Santa Claus Is Coming To Town

The only thing I don't like, is the way they show them in the first and second week of December and then show none the week of Christmas.
I still can't wait to watch them all.
I love Christmas!!

You can get most of them on VHS, maybe even DVD. I have several of them.

There is a whole range of prices. They aren't that bad. Just go to Circuit City, Walmart, Target or Best Buy. Watch for sales. I know that http://www.bestbuy.com has a list of features and compatibilities for each model. A sample is at http://www.bestbuy.com/detail.asp?e=11000438&m=1&cat=32&scat=244

A 5-DVD changer Sony machine will cost you about $350. I'm guessing that you can spend anywhere from $150 to $2,000 for one.

I don't have the changer kind. Mine just holds one.

One nice thing is that they also play CDs. Some will play MP3s and CD/RWs.

Oh Karen, I love those cartoons too! I think my very favorite, ever since childhood, is Rudolph. The grinch is really good too. And Frosty the Snowman, can't forget him!! :) Now you've got me wanting to see them again.

It's getting close to Christmastime. Anyone going to watch any of these old things?

I like Frosty the Snowman and The Grinch (the old cartoon).

I've seen a couple of real dogs lately. One of them was called "The Year without Santa Clause." It's one of the Arthur Rankin Jr. and Jules Bass cartoons. It was a real stinker.

Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer or Frosty are probably my favorites. I don't know how much of it is nostalgia and how much of it is that I really think they are good.
