Mexican Lasagna
Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 can refried beans
3 16 oz. jars salsa
15 lg. tortillas
Package of taco seasoning
6 cups grated cheddar cheese
Preparation
Brown beef and drain off any fat.
Mix in taco seasoning, 1/2 cup salsa, and refried beans.
Remove from heat and set aside.
Pour 1/2 cup salsa into large lasagna dish and cover with a layer of tortillas.
Alternate layers using beef mixture, cheese, tortillas, and salsa.
When layers are complete cover top with any remaining cheese.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until heated through.
Remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes or until top is lightly browned.
Serve with sour cream and remaining salsa.
