Does anyone here like to read books by Jules Verne? I've read a few of his books (Journey to the Center of the Earth, 20,000 Leages Under the Sea, Around the World In Eighty Days) and I thought that they were good. 20,000 Leages and Journey were a little to descriptive at times but other than that they were good books. Around the World In Eighty Days was probably the best out of the three I've read. It was a very exciting, fast-paced story.

I haven't read From the Earth to the Moon yet and I was wondering if anyone here had, that they could tell me if it was any good or not.

I haven't read any of his books, but I'll bet someone here has. We have some pretty cultured members here.

I've read all three of the books you mentioned, but oddly enough out of the three "Around the world" was about the only one I didn't care for... don't really know why, just wasn't my cup of tea. I haven't read "From the Earth to the Moon". Sorry! :)
