Tipping Valet at Condo

Here is my problem:

I recently moved to a high rise condo complex. We have three cars and the complex allows for one self park spot (which comes with the cost of the rent). For the additional 2 cars, we have to pay $100/car per month for valet parking in our garage.

After paying $2400/year to valet park, I am also obliged to tip the valet parkers everytime I pick up my vehicle?

I just don't know. Have you tried asking a neighbor or someone on the homeowners board? Please report back.
