HEEELP!! Anyone remember this gospel song?

I have been looking for the artist and correct title for this song for years. I heard it on the raidio last year but wasn't able to catch the info. The song was sung in the early 90's. I only remember the chorus vamp and verse for the choir but not the lead. I hope someone can please help.

The song is slow song starts off with a female lead.
Soprano and alto: I'm encouraged
Tenor: encouraged
S&A: To walk with Jesus
Tenor: encouraged

I've Googled it, and can't find it. Can you remember the radio station? They may be able to help.

It was entitled I'm encourage by Greater Emmanuell Mass Choir or something...The verse is......My problems are many, I've got bills that are due...my friends and love ones seem very few, so great the trials of this world today, I want to leave but still I stay....For I know someone when trouble rise, and he's ever walking by my side, I am encouraged to walk with Jesus yes I am...For I know someone who understands and he's ever holding my hand....Sang it in 1989 and 1990 at UNT Denton Texas...

It thought not the original version, but very similar to it.. how did you know it?
