I've seen it last night and really liked it. An unusual movie, with very little talking.

Tom Hanks was as good as always, and the story was fascinating.

I know Anat, reminded me a lot of Robinson Crusoe, I half expected him to run into a footprint sooner or later!

And Winston...you just gotta love him!

It was one good movie--not the best I've seen all year, but I did enjoy it and would recommend it.

It was good, but I would've liked to see a lot more of him on his own trying to survive - and no jumping ahead! I went because the whole idea of being cast away is intriguing. The rest was all well and good, but not AS good.

I can't wait to see this on Pay per view. I was thinking most of the movie would be about him being on the deserted island... it wasn't? That would seem like the best part of the movie, seeing how he survived on his own.

Aahhh we've been giving away too much info about the movie! What happened to the Spoilers part?

I figure if I click on a thread to a movie I haven't seen yet, it's gonna have info. about the movie... so I'm going with "autmatic spoiler" mode around here.

Well when we talk about movies we usually try not to give out too much details about the movie, it tends to spoil it for people I like to see what people think about a movie after I've seen it!

Yeah, if you could find out if it was worth the hassle of going to a movie theatre, etc., without having too much info... but then, I'm cool with knowing the plots... just not how it ends! But, twas a good point Zephyrus.
