I just got My Big Fat Greek Wedding. It is funny how many of her family members are in the movie.

We just got "About a Boy." I think it is Hugh Grant's best movie. It is funny and heartbreaking at the same time.

We also just got "Signs." I haven't gotten to watch it yet, though. I'll probably watch it today.

The last movies we got were for Christmas and I got MIB2 and Austin Powers GoldMember, and I got hubby RoseRed and Bride of the Reanimator.

I just bought DIE HARD 4 (1 Awesome movie) But 2 things i dislike about it

1) Its in LETTERBOX (Widescreen) and i hate that garbage,i want my movies in FULL SCREEN (Standard version)

2) Its on DVD which most of them sound like garbage (I am an 'OLD SCHOOL' freak,i prefer analouge (VHS) They sound so much better!)

Anyone know where i might be able to get this movie on VHS?? (The unrated version (Better))

I always get movies for my girls for christmas.
On the list this year was 300 (awesome), The Italian Job, and they got my mother The Jungle Book.

You just don't have a widescreen TV. Once you get one, you will prefer widescreen movies. I can't believe you think the sound is better on VHS. I'm guessing the sound system with your TV isn't very good.

I dunno Jim,i guess i dont like all this NEW technology very much,im used to analog i heard in the 80s and DVD's sound flat to me,they cant produce the quality that analog can as they are just a SNAPSHOT of the audio while analog allows the FULL boom effect

Recently got 2nd Hand Lions with Duvall in it. What a great family movie - even my teenagers loved it - clean enough to pull out when kids come a'visiting - good enough to keep on the shelf and know it'll come in handy for entertainment again.
