No, not higher. I mean, if you have the cash, go for it, but 20% on a HUGE bill is definitely fine. I would say go higher if the server was REALLY going out of her/his way for you. But never ever go lower just because the bill is large.

I still believe that tips should be given willingly by the costumers. If they are not happy with the service or find the food not so good, why give a tip? But since that is how it really goes, I have to give not more than 15%.. just don't like the idea though...Paying for food alone is already costly.
