Question wedding tipping

Hi, my wedding is on 9/27/09. I have tipping questions.

My hairdresser is coming to my house to do the wedding party's hair. She rents a space at a shop, she's not the owner.
She is coming to my house as the shop is closed on Sundays. She's charging me $100.00 per person, that's myself and 3 bridemaids. We already did a dry run on my hair and she's very talented. I just met her,so there is no relationship history. She has been doing hair about 8 years. Since we won't be at the shop getting our hair done, should I tip her since the charge is purely her profit? And what should I tip? My make up artist is coming to the venue. What do I tip her?

Who else should I tip? Baker, Florist or wedding planner? I've already paid them for their services, why tip too? Do gifts count as tips?

I bought a silver cake stand and I intend to gift it to my cake baker, she's has her own business out of her home and has a wonderful portfolio and references. I like to support small business.
Help! I don't have a clue on tipping for a wedding?

1. The location of the service provider is irrelevant in determining the tip. This includes your home or venue.
2. Many contracted services for weddings include tips in the final bill. Make sure you read your contract carefully so that you are not double tipping. As always, if you receive service above and beyond what you expected, extra tipping is recommended.
3. Hair Stylist or Color Specialist - 10-20%. $3-5 extra for last-minute service.
4. Your makeup artist - 10-20%.
5. Bakers - Only necessary when service is beyond expectations, up to 15%
6. Florists - Only necessary when service is beyond expectations, up to 15%
7. Wedding planner - Nothing.
